Time and again I have suffered, time and again I have shed tears. Why can't I go to bed early?
Many people with the habit of staying up late repeatedly tell themselves that tomorrow, just tomorrow, they will definitely live like a "normal person", going to bed early and getting up early. People who usually stay up late are often in a state of imagination during the day and do not actually work hard. When night falls and all is quiet, they suddenly become efficient. Fearless has never been optimistic about those who clock in and out on time; they are laborers, doing unimaginative work. On the other hand, those who truly put their hearts into their work are never bound by schedules.
Alright, why do we hate our habit of staying up late? Is staying up late bad? Of course it's bad. Family members will nag incessantly, being unable to arrive at work on time in the morning results in salary deductions, and furthermore, science has proven that nighttime is when the body detoxifies, and it's best for a person to be asleep during this time so the body can properly detoxify... etc. These are all mainstream viewpoints. However, I recently came across an article on WebMD titled "New Study Sheds Light on Working Nights," and hey, it turns out there's quite a bit of sense in it. For example, people who stay up late need to "trick" their bodies, instilling a new timetable so that unhealthy sleeping habits don't affect health.
After careful consideration, I still find this report quite reliable. Take Fearless for example, who has the habit of smoking and has tried multiple times to quit but failed because mainstream information tells me that smoking is unhealthy and a bad habit. But, has anyone ever thought about how to compensate for the damage this bad habit causes to the body? Is "hating" ourselves the only thing we can do? Clearly not. Smokers can frequently eat duck blood or drink green tea to help their bodies balance out adverse factors. This is healthy living, despite having one bad habit or another.
In conclusion, no one is perfect, some habits are innate. Instead of fantasizing about changing them and suffering in reality, it's better to seriously consider how to improve and support these habits. Don't spend all day thinking about how to change yourself. The only capital we have to be liked by others is —— our imperfections...
