New Q&A help forum for Google Talk activated

According to Gtalk Blog, the new version of the Gtalk Q&A help forum was launched on September 25th. Any tricky questions about Gtalk can be answered by Google staff or Gtalk experts in the forum.

Once a member of Google Group, the Gtalk Help Forum has now joined the Google Help family. The optimized interface makes it easier for users to get relevant help and share personal experiences. For example, people can easily search for the "best answers" that have been marked; at the same time, the forum is categorized according to different levels of user activity: Google staff, top contributors, veterans, and newbies.

In addition, the questions and answers from the original Gtalk Help Group will be retained, but no further questions can be asked.
