Create your own button on the Google Toolbar

Since I frequently use online translation services, Google Translate is my first choice. However, it sometimes makes mistakes, so I use Yahoo Translation as an alternative. How can I add the Yahoo Translation page to the Google Toolbar? This way, I don't have to memorize complicated URLs or use bookmarks.
