Is this the legendary AdSense for Feeds?

The rumors about AdSense for Feeds started to circulate roughly after Google's acquisition of FeedBurner. It was said that it wasn't very friendly to Chinese users back then, with very few people able to successfully apply. Today, while I was checking the backend, I found this thing called AdSense for Feeds. Could it be the legendary AdSense for Feeds? I checked the official Google blog but found no news about it, so I studied it myself. It can be directly converted from FeedBurner, or you can designate a feed, such as mine: http://feedproxy.google.com/gaogao
