Google Mobile Homepage Launches Integrated Phone Search

We are pleased to announce that the much-loved "unified search" has recently been introduced to Google Mobile Search. Google Mobile Search integrates results from web pages and other sources, presenting information in various formats such as internet web pages, WAP web pages, images, maps, weather, or news on an integrated mobile search results page. This allows users to obtain the most accurate information with a single search on their mobile device. Moreover, Google Mobile Search will appropriately rank different types of information based on the search term, providing as many relevant and useful results as possible.

For example, if you search for "Bird's Nest" on your mobile device, you'll notice that images and news about the Bird's Nest appear before web search results. Similarly, searching for "Guangzhou weather" will display related weather information at the top of the search results.

In addition, Google Mobile Search has launched a new homepage specifically designed for Chinese users. To enhance the mobile user experience, we have placed links to popular search terms on the new homepage. This arrangement considers the difficulty of inputting text on mobile devices while making full use of the limited screen space. The new Google Mobile homepage also includes links to other Google services such as images, news, weather, and maps. Users can perform various operations quickly using direction keys and function keys to access a variety of search information.
