Google+ officially opens to all users

"You don't have to go around asking anyone for a Google+ invitation code anymore," Google has officially opened its Google+ service to all users today, and added nine new features. One of these is the integration of the search engine into this service, while also expanding the "Hangout" (聚会) function, and allowing it on mobile phones as well as external broadcasting.
