Another change to Google AdSense's referral policy

No matter which country you are from, among publishers, if the new AdSense users you recommended are located in North America, Latin America, or Japan, you will receive a $100 referral fee when their income reaches $100 within 180 days and they have already cancelled their payment hold. If the new users you recommend are located in other regions, there will be no referral income.
