When Windows meets Google

What can you see from this little picture? If you follow the cellphone market, you might have already recognized that this phone is Motorola's Q series smartphone, to be precise, the Q9 model. Now look at the interface inside the Q9 - doesn't it look a lot like Google Android? That's right, it is indeed the Google Android interface. The Q9 is based on Microsoft's Windows Mobile platform, but why can it now run the Google Android platform? Is it just because Motorola is also a member of the Android Alliance?
