Google Acquires Jaiku to Fully Enter Mobile Network Services

Jaiku was founded in 2006 and is a famous Finnish mobile social network. It is one of the main competitors of Twitter. The mobile software developed by Jaiku enables users to easily enjoy a variety of online services on their phones, such as wireless positioning systems that allow friends to determine one's location and encrypted information processing. Jaiku has formed a good cooperative relationship with Nokia, the world's largest mobile phone manufacturer, and has developed several mobile service softwares under Nokia's S60 operating system.
