Google Reader Upgrade: Adds Search Functionality and Detail Improvements

Many people would probably think that any product made by Google is bound to have an Easter egg (at least something surprising). Indeed, the latest version of Google Earth contains a very interesting Easter egg: a flight simulator. After opening the program, click on the Earth and press the key combination Ctrl+Alt+A, and a dialog box will pop up with two airplanes and many runways to choose from. If your computer is also equipped with a joystick, you can even use it to control the simulator as if you were playing a game.
