Google's Shanghai branch begins operations

Google's China Engineering Research Institute located in Shanghai Li Fushi Plaza branch office began operations today (June 26, 2007). Google China stated that the Shanghai branch will join the Beijing R&D Center and the Taipei Institute to jointly form its R&D system in China.
