Google AdSense Sued - Fails to Convey Meaning

There were also reports yesterday that the first case in China of a webmaster suing Google Adsense has been accepted by a court in Shanghai. From the report, it seems that the issue of jurisdiction will be addressed through the "standard form contract" clause. Perhaps this is the only way to break through, but I still have little confidence.
