Google's new search interface

Beyond Teck released a screenshot of the new layout of Google search results page.

From the picture we see that, some search options originally above the search box are now placed in the left navigation bar. Do you think it will be more handy? One of the advantages of this layout, as the editor believes, is that the left navigation bar can accommodate more options.

Apparently, this is not the first time for Google to secretly test a new web layout. It's said that Google often tests new functions and makes tracking records without the public being informed.
