First you should have your own domain name. If your domain name is your-domains.com, go to your domain provider and point it to your blogger space (ghs.google.com).
If you have used your own domain name, the original address of xxx.blogspot.com is still valid. When you visit xxx.blogspot.com, it will automatically jump to the domain name you have set. That's pretty good.
