Microsoft's Xbox Live Arcade Comes Home

Xbox Live Arcade is a new form of gaming where small games can be downloaded for a fee via the network, and it has already become quite popular among Xbox 360 users. However, in addition to online users, there is still a segment of players who do not have access to broadband.
