Mount & Blade is an open first (or third) person 3D game of single-player role-playing game (RPG) type. It is now produced by a Turkish development team TaleWorlds (the current version is 0.903). The background of this game is the medieval times, and it does not add any fantasy elements. The most commendable feature of Mount & Blade is its enhanced combat system, which can depict real battles between cavalry. This kind of battle was extremely common in the medieval era, but most existing RPG games do not have realistic depictions of these battles.
