"Te Xun 99" can originally be played in full screen!

That Japanese game with the little plane dodging bullets, everyone should have played it right? It's called "Training 99".

But both the plane and the bullets are so small that those with less than perfect vision might as well press alt+f4.

A while ago, I accidentally discovered that the developer had already added an option for full-screen gameplay.

Checked on Google and Baidu, seems like there aren't similar instructions yet, so let me share it here.
