The bomb in Counter-Strike is an offensive weapon. When using the bomb, it's best to use it when there are many enemies or when they are moving together. When the enemy is moving as a group, you should throw the bomb right in the middle of the enemy cluster or in front of them. Never throw it a few steps behind the group because when enemies move together, they tend to be more aggressive in advancing and most likely will not all retreat at once. Therefore, throwing it behind them may result in not even half a person getting hit.
