The Craft of War

The key question is, whose mouth is the current interest in? There's a big cake, with Blizzard as the chef who has already eaten either a small half or a large half (who knows?) of it. Currently, there are three diners. Poor San Shi, although wealthy, lacks power. Therefore, he must share the cake that he spent a fortune on with those who didn't contribute money but hold power. He originally thought he could give these people just a small bite, make them happy, and they would leave him alone. However, Chef Blizzard's culinary skills are extraordinary, and the cake tastes so delicious that when these people smelled it, they forgot that they were only supposed to get a small bite. They now stare at the entire cake with shining eyes!

The chef is already full, or perhaps not as hungry anymore. So, the remaining issue is this story.
