How do you get to the second city in Grand Theft Auto V??

I hate doing missions the most, they are boring + tedious + dull. As for traffic problems, I use cheat codes to solve them: In GTA SA (which we call GTA 5), there is never a risk of being wanted: AEZAKMI; to install some kind of bomb: JCNRUAD (it's best to use a cheat vehicle, otherwise, after a long time, your own car might also catch fire or even...).
