【QQ Happy Landlord Game Rules】
1. Dealing Cards
A deck of 54 cards, each person gets 17 cards, and 3 cards are left as the bottom cards. Players cannot look at the bottom cards before the landlord is determined.
2. Bidding
Bidding proceeds in turn according to the order of play. During bidding, players can choose "Bid for Landlord" or "Pass". If a player chooses "Bid for Landlord", the bidding ends immediately and that player becomes the landlord. If all players "Pass", the cards are dealt again, and the bidding restarts until someone chooses "Bid for Landlord".
3. The First Player to Bid
1. The first player to bid in the first round is randomly selected by the system.
2. If a player chooses to reveal their hand ("Open Hand") before bidding, the first player who chooses "Open Hand" gets the priority to bid.
3. If a player chooses to "Open Hand" before bidding, and none of the three players choose to "Bid for Landlord", the system will designate the first "Open Hand" player as the landlord.
