Generally, if all of them are empty, you get 10-20 coins added, and around 10 experience points added. So, visiting your friends gives more experience than just interacting with them. Remember this! (Also remember, not only can you do this with your friends, but you can click "whole site" and visit everyone on the site. Although visiting non-friends doesn't give money or experience, you can still give them baths and scrub them, which gives a lot of money and experience!)

You can visit your friends once in the morning and once in the afternoon, and it will also increase your experience. As far as I estimate, you should be able to visit again after more than 8 hours.

Then there are interactive games with the babies. Personally, I think skipping rope earns money faster and is easier. Generally, jumping 3-7 times will give you 2 points of experience. If you jump close to your last count, it generally adds around 7 points, and exceeding it will add 10 points.
