If you are a player of "Company of Heroes", you may have noticed that in the most recent update, you can now choose to enable DirectX 10 in the graphics options. The 1.7 patch that has been released enables an effect, thanks to DX10, making the grass appear softer and able to simulate complex light effects in reality.

The game also introduces a brand new anti-aliasing mode, which will provide stronger anti-aliasing capabilities than the 4xMSAA mode.

Of course, if you want to enjoy these DX10 effects, you first need to install the latest drivers. For AMD, the Catalyst driver version 7.5 supports DX10. For NVIDIA cards, you need to download the beta version 158.45.
