Cell phone attached with NES + game pad, is it feasible?

This phone, known as the "Eternity Classic 1688," comes with a very forward-looking feature - a GamePad and an integrated NES emulator. Of course, we know that game controllers have been made before (and even in Bluetooth versions), and there are already countless versions of the NES emulator.
