PS3 System 1.6 Release Supports Chinese

This update is a major one timed to coincide with the launch of the PS3 in Europe on March 23. It includes many features that enhance convenience for users and improvements such as background downloading, enhanced network browsing functions, improved remote play connectivity, addition of system languages, etc. Additionally, it introduces extended functions for scientific research such as "Folding@home".
