EA has officially confirmed today the game cover and latest actor pictures for "Command & Conquer Red Alert 3: Uprising". The Izumi game character is portrayed by Julia Ling. The cover includes both the US and German versions. There are some changes in the game title, but the characters' expressions remain the same.
