Usage:

Enter any URL starting with http://1tie.cn/ in the address bar, for example: http://1tie.cn/xxx. Replace "xxx" with any characters you want (composed of letters, numbers, underscores, or Chinese characters), press Enter, and the page that opens will be your personal online notepad. You can log in to this URL that you set from different computers and copy, edit, and save the notepad.
