The development of smart IC cards has a long history. Smart IC cards include IC card readers and writers, as well as IC card reading devices. They are also referred to as IC card systems, radio frequency card all-in-one systems, or inductive radio frequency card all-in-one systems. Name: Inductive IC Card

Model: Inductive IC Card

Specification:

Brand: cardlan

Manufacturer: Card Union Technology

Detailed Information:

Non-contact IC cards, also known as radio frequency cards, represent a new technology developed globally in recent years. Data can be read and written when the card is close to the surface of the reader without contact. Using password encryption enhances the security of the IC card, marking a significant breakthrough in the field of electronic components.

Advantages:

1. High reliability:

Non-contact IC cards use non-contact reading and writing, avoiding various failures caused by contact reading and writing. They are not affected by obstructing objects and can perform normal read/write operations through obstacles. In addition, the chip of the non-contact IC card is embedded in the middle of plastic, eliminating concerns about falling off, electrostatic breakdown, bending, damage, etc., making it convenient for card printing and increasing the possibility of card usage.

2. Convenient and fast operation:

Due to the use of radio frequency communication technology, the reader can read and write within a range of 5~10 cm from the card. Non-contact IC cards do not have directionality during use, and the card can be swiped over the surface of the reader in any direction. The read/write time does not exceed 0.1 seconds, greatly improving the speed of each use.

3. Security performance:

Non-contact IC cards use different equipment software for permission encryption operations. This prevents unauthorized manufacturing compared to ID cards, as IC cards can be read and written, while ID cards can only be read but not written and lack encryption functions.

II. MI System Parameters:

MI non-contact IC cards comply with the MIFARE1 international standard, with a data retention period of 10 years and unlimited erasure and writing times. MI cards are embedded with dedicated chips, loop antennas, encryption control logic circuits, and communication logic circuits. Communication between the card and the reader uses standard DES and RES crossover algorithms, providing extremely high intelligence and confidentiality.

III. Working Principle:

The reader sends a group of fixed-frequency electromagnetic waves to the MI card. The LC series resonant circuit inside the MI card is stimulated to produce resonance, transferring the charge to another capacitor for storage. When the accumulated charge reaches 2V, it can power the card, transmitting the data inside the card or receiving data transmitted from the reader.

IV. Application Scope:

Due to the more convenient and faster features of non-contact IC cards, they can be widely used in electronic wallets, channel toll control, public transportation automatic ticketing, parking automatic charging, canteen meal sales, attendance, and access control, among other one-card-for-all products.
