Based on the spatial data organization model and system framework of metadata, in order to effectively realize the functions of spatial data management and service, the spatial data management system based on metadata is designed, which consists of two subsystems: the metadata management system and the metadata service system. The metadata management system needs to achieve the following functions: providing metadata registration, editing, and modification for multiple spatial data and spatial data based on distributed management methods, being able to configure and adjust geospatial information services in heterogeneous and dynamic environments, realizing distributed management of metadata, and at the same time providing unified and effective access information interface parameters for higher-level services.
