The teaching of Flash programming should focus on explanation and practical operation with examples.

It has been one and a half months since I started teaching the Flash programming course to the current class. In this period, I've done a lot of experimenting. Initially, I hoped to follow the teaching syllabus I had planned out during the summer, progressing step by step: from the history of programming, to data types, then to several commonly used system classes, followed by buttons and movie clips, and finally events. This kind of planning is basically in line with the general programming courses offered in higher education institutions.
