First, the first thing to inform the staff who will participate in the Beijing Outward Bound training is: we hope everyone actively sign up for the outward bound training in Beijing. It will be a great improvement for your growth. The reasons are as follows: First, the company spares no financial effort to organize an outward bound activity for the employees, with the aim of bringing benefits to the employees. This kind of spiritual investment far outweighs the material investment. Material things will be used up sooner or later, but the precious spiritual wealth can benefit us for life. Let me give you an example. During the two-day training from March 3 to 4, 2012, an employee of Everbright Life Insurance Company said at the final summary session that he had gained a lot from this outward bound activity. He said that through the outward bound projects, he now has a deeper understanding of colleagues who were not familiar to him before. Everyone understands each other's personality characteristics and has developed closer relationships. In the future work, I believe we can help each other more. I would like to thank my department leader here because he rejected my request for leave three times successively. If he had granted my leave, I would have missed the opportunity to participate in this outward bound training, and would not have gained so much. Once again, thank the leader for allowing me to participate in this outward bound training without regret.
Secondly, some advice for the participants in the outward bound training:
1. During the outward bound activities, follow all the coach's arrangements. Communicate with the unit leader or coach in advance if there are any special matters.
2. Actively participate in the outward bound training activities to make yourself experience the team spirit and personal ability enhancement more deeply from the outward bound training.
3. If it is a two-day outward bound training with accommodation, pay attention not to destroy various facilities in the guest room. If there is any damage, the company will compensate the accommodation party, causing economic loss to our own company. There are often cases where team members burn the carpet in the guest room while smoking, leaving large and small holes caused by cigarette butts. Please remind smokers to handle cigarette ash and cigarette butts properly when smoking early to avoid burning them and causing economic losses to our company. Another point worth noting is: if there are team members with dyed hair, it is best to dry their hair thoroughly after washing it at night before lying on the pillow. Wet hair lying on the pillow can easily stain the pillowcase with color that cannot be washed off, requiring compensation to the accommodation party. Treat the accommodation environment as your own home and do not destroy any items.
4. If you want to drink wine during dinner, try to stop appropriately and don't overdrink. There were such team members who got drunk and couldn't find their own rooms. Other team members had fallen asleep, and he was still leaning against the wall looking for his room because his roommate also got drunk and wouldn't come out to look for him. Therefore, for your own safety, drink moderately. There is another situation: one team also drank wine during dinner. This unit consists of young people doing sales work. As a result, the leader got drunk and caused gastric bleeding, calling for an ambulance late at night and being sent to the hospital. Therefore, every word and deed of ours represents our personal quality and cultivation in a small sense, and represents the image of the entire company in a larger sense. It is suggested that everyone drink well enough at night, but don't force others to drink. The idea of always wanting to get someone drunk is harmful. Drinking is for fun, but don't overdrink.
