The main suspects involved in the case have been arrested. According to the "Zibo Police," the person who reported the incident was not a journalist but an employee of a certain company, and he was "alive and well." A dispute occurred between the two parties due to overtaking on the highway in Shouguang, Weifang. During the journey, they repeatedly quarreled, and the party that smashed the car, driven by anger, chased them all the way from Shouguang to Linzi, resulting in the scene captured in the video.

Netizens' focus also centered on a police car that appeared in the video. At the 31-second mark, a police car marked with the word "court" drove by but quickly left. Countless netizens strongly condemned its behavior. In their response, "Zibo Police" also mentioned this point, assessing it as: "It was inappropriate for that court police car to just drive past."

At the 1 minute 50 second mark, there is a loud noise at the back of the car. The man reporting the incident says over the phone, "You relax, they're trying to surround us here. They were speeding on the highway to intercept us," before stopping the filming.

A reporter from our newspaper, Zhou Qingchu, and intern Lai Yujie report from Changsha. Several people intercepted and smashed a car in broad daylight on the highway.

According to Zibo police, the dispute between the two parties arose due to overtaking in Shouguang, Weifang, Shandong. The party that smashed the car, driven by anger, chased them from Shouguang to Zibo and blocked the car. The police have already arrested the main suspects involved, stating that the court police car's disregard was "inappropriate."

Subsequently, several men appeared around the vehicle from the rear right side of the intercepted car and began smashing the windows. The man inside the car immediately called the police, saying he was 100 meters east of the Linzi Ancient Car Museum.

The video shooter has a Shandong accent and refers to themselves as "We are from Zibo TV station."

The Zibo Public Security Bureau stated that before the video was uploaded, the public security organs had already apprehended the main suspects involved in the case. However, because some individuals have not yet been caught, the public security organs are currently unable to disclose detailed case progress.

This video, lasting 2 minutes and 13 seconds, was filmed by a passenger inside the car being smashed. At the very beginning of the video, a champagne-colored sedan is parked horizontally in front of this car, with a man standing in front of the champagne-colored car pointing his finger at the intercepted vehicle and walking over to pull the door.

During this time, a man in black smashes the car window while shouting, "Dare to overtake me..." After 1 minute and 20 seconds, the man in black and others begin smashing the car with bricks, and the sound of smashing can be heard repeatedly in the video.

Recently, a video titled "An astonishing scene on the Linzi expressway" went viral online. The video shows a car being intercepted by another champagne-colored sedan on the expressway, with multiple men surrounding and smashing the intercepted car with bricks. During the incident, a police car marked with the "court" insignia passed by and quickly left.

Between 1:20 AM and 2:00 AM on the 12th, the Zibo Municipal Public Security Bureau answered seven questions on its official Weibo account "Zibo Police" regarding whether the person who reported the incident was a journalist, the status of their survival, and the handling of the case.
