Sina Technology News, March 5th - According to a survey conducted by Duke University and the American Marketing Association among Chief Marketing Officers (CMOs), industrial humidifiers, over the next year corporate CMOs plan to cut spending on traditional advertising while increasing digital marketing expenditures by 12.8%.
Another report published in early February by digital marketing company Kenshoo showed that marketers are increasing their ad spend on Facebook at a much faster rate than on paid search ads. In Q4 2011, Kenshoo Social clients spent 109% more on Facebook compared to Q3.
These surveys were all conducted before Facebook launched its new business applications. Facebook introduced the Timeline layout for personal pages, which will fully replace Pages by March 30, completing the interface transition.
Companies like Lexus, Macy's, and Coca-Cola have already moved onto Timeline. Brett Orzechowski, a professor at Quinnipiac University, stated that the Timeline layout not only enhances brand awareness but also helps disseminate corporate culture and history. (Biao Hu)
