Xinhua News Agency, Yinchuan, February 6 - According to reports on February 6 from the Yinchuan Municipal Committee, three staff members of the Yinchuan Property Management Office in Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region were disciplined with admonitory talks and reassignment from their posts due to untimely responses to online complaints on the official Weibo account "@Yinchuan Property".

Recently, some netizens in Yinchuan complained that their heating issues reported at the end of 2011 to "@Yinchuan Property" had still not received a response by February this year. Some netizens criticized that "@Yinchuan Property" had become a mere decoration.

On February 2, the Yinchuan Municipal Party Committee's Supervision Office required the Yinchuan Housing Security Bureau to investigate the matter. After the investigation, it was confirmed that the Yinchuan Property Management Office indeed had problems such as an incomplete Weibo management system, lack of responsibility among administrators, and untimely responses to feedback. Based on the "Provisional Measures for Accountability of Acts Damaging the Interests of the Masses by Government Organs and Their Staff in Yinchuan City", the deputy director of the Yinchuan Property Management Office in charge of letters and visits for complaints and the director of the Complaints Center were given admonitory talks, while the administrator of the "@Yinchuan Property" Weibo account was reassigned from his post. A postgraduate student was disqualified from admission due to a history of taking exams on behalf of others and lost a lawsuit against the university. Methods for treating hemorrhoids are also discussed.
