Share this site's CSS menu

There was a slight issue with the menu style when it was last updated: the mouse hover effect on the menu worked fine in Firefox, but it didn't display properly in IE. Today is National Day, and to celebrate the 57th anniversary of the founding of the country, I redid the menu ^^ Still using the CSS Tab Designer 2 to debug and generate the styles. I'll share the styles here.
