Xinhua News Agency, Yinchuan, February 6 - According to a report on February 6 from the Yinchuan Municipal Committee, three officials from the Yinchuan Property Office of Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region were disciplined with admonitory talks and reassignment from their posts due to untimely responses to online complaints via the official Weibo account "@Yinchuan Property."

Recently, some Yinchuan netizens complained that their heating issues reported to "@Yinchuan Property" at the end of 2011 had still not been addressed by February this year. Some criticized that "@Yinchuan Property" had become nothing more than a mere formality.

On February 2, the Yinchuan Municipal Party Committee Supervision Office required the Yinchuan Housing Security Bureau to investigate the matter. After investigation, it was confirmed that the Yinchuan Property Office indeed had problems such as an incomplete Weibo management system, lack of responsibility among administrators, and delayed feedback. Based on the "Interim Measures for Accountability of Actions by Government Agencies and Their Staff in Yinchuan That Harm Public Interests," the Yinchuan Housing Security Bureau conducted admonitory talks with the deputy director of the Property Office responsible for letters and visits (complaints) and the director of the Complaint Center. The administrator of the "@Yinchuan Property" Weibo account was reassigned from their post.
