1. Building floss into bags is best carried out in an air-conditioned place to manage humidity, the enemy of floss bagging. Sugar is best stored from the earning room to dehumidify it. The Method:

- Lifting the partially filled bag off the wrist as shown in figure three is not advisable. This is just to show how to push it into the corners.
- Keep the bag resting on the inside wrist to make filling easier.

- Pick up the second ring, tuck into the bag as before.
- Continue with the third ringful of floss. This should be enough to fill the bag.
- Ensure the third handful, which fills the bag, is tucked well past the mouth of the bag, leaving at least one inch clear for the clean electronic seal without floss strands trapped in the sealing area.
- Air can leak due to strands left in the opening before sealing, causing bag shrinkage.
