An informed source disclosed that after being released on bail from prison, Huang Hongsheng established an investment company called Chuangyuan Tiandi. In August 2010, under Chuangyuan Tiandi, a new energy vehicle investment entity named Nanjing Chuangyuan Tiandi Automobile Co., Ltd was founded. In January last year, Xiamen Golden Dragon, Nanjing Chuangyuan Tiandi, and Nanjing Dongyu Automobile Group Co., Ltd signed the "Agreement on the Restructuring of the Three Parties of Nanjing Golden Dragon". Huang Hongsheng's profile: Born in 1956, he is the founder of Skyworth, the original chairman of the board of directors of Skyworth Group and Skyworth Holdings. Huang Hongsheng graduated from the Radio Engineering major at South China University of Technology in Guangzhou, and then worked as an assistant engineer at the South China Electronics Import and Export Company. On July 4, 2009, Huang Hongsheng was released from prison on bail.
