The study on the chemical composition of Woodwardia shows the following: The proton signals for the aromatic ring appear at 1.8 Hz. CNMR (DMSO) values of 115.4, 116.7, 121.8, UGG Australia España, 122.1, 145.0, and 150.2 correspond to six carbon signals in the aromatic ring, while 167.5 corresponds to the carbonyl carbon signal. These data match those reported in [4], confirming the compound as protocatechuic acid.
Compound VI: Pale yellow cubic crystals, melting point 194-195°C. FeCl3 test results in a green color. ESIMS (m/z): 180 [M]. HNMR (DMSO): 7.17 (1H, d, J = 16.23Hz), 6.75 (1H, d, J = 8.34Hz), 6.95 (1H, dd, J = 1.95Hz, ugg boots italia, 8.37Hz), 7.02 (1H, d, J = 1.98Hz), 7.40 (1H, d, J = 15.75Hz). Caffeic acid's carbonyl carbon signal is at 168.1, matching the literature [5]. Thus, it is identified as caffeic acid.
Compound VII: Beige needle-shaped crystals, melting point 153-154°C. FeCl3 test results in a green color. Bromophenol blue reaction is positive. ESIMS and HNMR match the standard pattern for protocatechuic aldehyde. When mixed with a reference substance, the melting point does not drop, confirming it as protocatechuic aldehyde.
Compound VIII: Colorless needle-shaped crystals, miu miu borse, melting point 150-152°C. EINS (m/z): 236 [M]. 1HNMR (DMSO): 0.88 (3H, t, CH2CH3), 1.40 (4H, m, CH2CH2), 3.35 (2H, m, OCH2), 3.37-3.75 (7H, m, sugar hydroxyl hydrogen), 4.27-4.47 (4H, sugar hydroxyl hydrogen). 13CNNR (DMSO): 100.2 (2), 69.5 (4), 69.4 (5), 69.1 (3), 63.9 (6), moncler soldes, 62.3 (1), 59.6 (1), 32.0 (2), 19.1 (3), 14.0 (4). This matches the literature [6], identifying it as n-butyl-D-pyranoside.
Compound IX: White crystalline powder. Positive Benedict reagent test and glucose reference standard thin-layer chromatography and paper chromatography show consistent spot colors and Rf values, confirming the compound as glucose.
