Hello everyone! I'd like to share a little of my Taobao experience, hope you don't laugh at me! The long-awaited diamond credit level, I finally got it today! Haha! So happy! Now I've reached the diamond credit level. I'd like to share some of my experiences as a seller over this period with you all. It's been about six months since I started selling the first item on Taobao, and I'm not a full-time seller! Because I have a physical store, I generally don't have time online during the day, only in the evening. I didn't have high expectations for Taobao at first. But now I think Taobao still has a lot of traffic. Every day when I get home, I turn on my computer and see many messages left by buyers. However, by the time I reply, the buyers are often already offline. Therefore, I suggest that sellers on Taobao stay online for 8-11 hours every day. These experiences are gradually accumulated and summarized by me, of course, some are also learned from predecessors. Now I summarize as follows:

1) I think doing an online store must ensure online time, preferably every day online. And guarantee at least 8-11 hours per day. (This way, if there is business, you can communicate well with the buyer.)

2) Ask yourself, how much have you learned on Taobao, and how much have you applied? Don't just keep the experience of predecessors in your pocket. In real life, no one teaches you how to do business, but Taobao is different. It teaches you to quickly start and improve your business and make more money. There are plenty of experienced talks from predecessors on Taobao. If you don't learn, it will be difficult to do good business! Apply what you've learned. If you don't use it, then you're wasting national resources!

4) When I first opened the store, I didn't know how to post threads. It was after a few months that I developed the habit of posting and replying frequently. I used to think it was useless, mostly written by sellers. In fact, this is itself a good way to promote yourself. Don't think that it's all sellers here, posting is useless. Sellers need to buy things too, they also need to eat, wear, and consume!

5) Product prices should be reasonable and competitive. To stand out, prices cannot be higher than similar products. Who wouldn't want to buy cheaper ones? I would too, haha! I suggest that when you list products, you can search for similar products on Taobao and check their prices before setting yours!

6) Have a stable supply source. With a long-term cooperative supply source, I believe your purchase price should be quite cheap. This directly relates to your profit margin and whether you can ensure smooth shipping to buyers. It's very important and affects your credit rating.

7) Make full use of your recommendation positions, personal signatures, store introductions, etc. Be a seller with a good mindset. Do you have the patience to answer every customer's question? Are you treating customers as gods? (Patience, care, enthusiasm, honesty, concern will let you continuously have customers and return customers. This is very important!)

8) Can you handle pictures yourself? Are the pictures you take good enough, clear and big enough? (The appeal of pictures is huge. A good painting will attract many people, thus generating a desire to buy. Product pictures are the same. Everyone likes beautiful things. Once a good impression is made, it's hard to forget, and then you'll want to buy it!)

9) Do you have product descriptions? Are they detailed? (You can't see the items online, they are virtual, just pictures. You can't feel the texture, quality, or smell, nor can you see the size. This can only be described by you. The clearer, the better! Let buyers feel as if they are there, as if the item is right in front of them. Then they will feel confident to consume.)

10) For product listing and shelf time, I personally think that evenings are the best time to list products. After working all day, people come home and surf the net, browse around. Generally, the best time to list products is between 20:30-23:00 every evening. Also, Tuesday through Friday are great times for online shopping. Sunday daytime, most people go out to play, generally not online. Tuesday through Friday, the best time is in the afternoon. In the morning, people usually deal with handover work from the previous day, and in the afternoon, they are free. Between 14:00-17:00 in the afternoon is the best time.

11) Learn to post pictures well. No matter how well you talk, a good picture is more effective. Show the different angles of your product so that buyers can see clearly and make up their minds to buy. I don't need to say more about this.

12) Strive to learn various functions of Taobao. This can greatly help you operate within the store and also help you promote. Just click and explore more when you have nothing to do! I won't say more about this. Just study it slowly and you'll understand!
