He said it was recommended by a taxi driver. A guy next to him asked about the price of a big fish in the pool. Before he could finish asking, the shopkeeper quickly fished out the fish, stunned it, and weighed it at eleven pounds. The price was 580 yuan per pound, totaling over 6000 yuan. The guy tried to argue but several big men from Northeast China came out, so he had to keep quiet and accept the charge. Forget about service quality, they can't even achieve the most basic honesty, let alone be an international tourist island."

On the afternoon of January 29th, the Sanya Administration for Industry and Commerce announced that on the morning of January 29th, after learning about Luo Di's Weibo post regarding his friend being overcharged at a seafood stall in Sanya, they immediately held a meeting to deploy investigation and handling work; contacted the involved party Gao Mou (Luo Di's friend) to obtain the specific location and name of the seafood stall, as well as other relevant details; formed a special task force to conduct investigations, sealed the store's recent sales records, and urged the store to immediately cease operations voluntarily for internal rectification.
At the same time, another Weibo post titled "Refuse 'Black-hearted' Practices - A Guide to Avoid Being Cheated in Sanya, Hainan" became wildly popular online. This guide listed some deceptive practices in Sanya's tourism market and provided advice for tourists enjoying food, drinks, and entertainment in Sanya.
