The high-frequency machine is currently the most efficient induction heating equipment for metal material heating, with the fastest speed, low consumption, and energy-saving environmental protection features. The full name of the high-frequency machine is "high-frequency induction heating machine," also known as a high-frequency heating machine, high-frequency induction heating device, high-frequency induction heating equipment, high-frequency heating power supply, high-frequency power source, high-frequency welding machine, high-frequency heating equipment, high-frequency welding equipment, high-frequency pump tube quenching equipment, etc. There are also medium-frequency heating power supplies, medium-frequency furnaces, medium-frequency induction heating equipment, ultra-high-frequency induction heating equipment, etc., all of which have very wide application ranges.

**Main Working Principle:**

In a high-frequency machine, a high-frequency large current flows into the coil wound into a ring or other shapes (usually made of purple copper pipe). This generates a strong magnetic flux with rapidly changing polarity within the coil. When metal or other objects to be heated are placed inside the coil, the magnetic flux penetrates the entire object being heated. Inside the heated object, in a direction opposite to the heating current, a corresponding large eddy current is generated. Since there is resistance within the heated object, a significant amount of Joule heat is produced, causing the temperature of the object itself to rise rapidly, achieving the purpose of heating all metal materials.

**Applications of High-Frequency Machines:**

1. **Heat Treatment:** Local or overall quenching, annealing, tempering, through heating of various metals.

2. **Hot Forming:** Whole piece forging, local forging, hot heading, hot rolling.

3. **Welding:** Brazing of various metal products, welding of knives, blades, saw blades, saw teeth, steel pipes, copper pipes, same or different types of metal welding.

4. **Metal Melting:** (Vacuum) melting, casting, and evaporation plating of gold, silver, copper, iron, aluminum, etc.

5. **Other Applications of High-Frequency Heating Machines:** Semiconductor single crystal growth, thermal fitting, bottle mouth heat sealing, toothpaste packaging heat sealing, powder coating, metal implantation in plastics, etc.

**Quenching Process:**

The quenching process is widely used in modern mechanical manufacturing industries. Important parts in machinery, especially steel components used in automobiles, airplanes, and rockets, almost always undergo quenching treatment. To meet the various technical requirements of different parts, various quenching processes have been developed. For example, according to the treated area, there is overall quenching, partial quenching, and surface quenching; according to whether the phase transformation is complete during heating, there is complete quenching and incomplete quenching (for hypo-eutectoid steel, this method is also called subcritical quenching); according to the content of the phase transformation during cooling, there are staged quenching, isothermal quenching, and under-speed quenching, etc. These processes make the temperature of the object rise rapidly to achieve the purpose of heating all metal materials.

The high-frequency machine has extensive applications in these areas, contributing significantly to the efficiency and quality of industrial processes.
