In order to continuously develop and expand the role of training in team building, in 2012 we will continue to enhance our understanding of team training, and strive to learn advanced training concepts and knowledge from abroad, innovating training models and project guidance. Domino Training has already been part of our activities last year, and this year we will continue to cooperate with them. So far, experiential training has taken a leading role in team training for 50 years. During the activities, the trainers will instill in everyone what experiential training is, and the role it can play in our team training, as well as teaching everyone about project operations and safety. Outward Bound programs are the best tools for quickly developing relationships among partners and cultivating team spirit. We should also help Outward Bound companies continue to innovate the safety of their projects.
"Outdoor experiential training helps people quickly recognize themselves, understand and maintain alignment with the development trends of their current industry, understand public attitudes, and continue to expand our network resources." Outward Bound fulfills its mission by challenging and adventuring. To accomplish this mission, we must have the ability to preemptively identify dangers and mitigate risks in the environment. This is how we conduct our training, and we require our trainees to do the same.
Beili is the only domestic training organization that holds a Wilderness Safety Certificate. Beili will provide targeted suggestions on how to bridge the gap between peers, such as reducing accidents during activities, enhancing the professionalism of project supervisors, and improving the judgment of outdoor leaders regarding the safety and reliability of training sites.
Outward Bound was founded in 1992 and attracted many participants from the outset, including field instructors; administrators of outdoor programs, academies, universities, and secondary schools; professionals in the insurance industry; lawyers specializing in outdoor leisure activities, wilderness skills instruction, and experiential education; professional mountain guides; wilderness first aid instructors; and government and land management agencies. The conference provided insights into the construction of wilderness venues, trends, and issues related to the wilderness-related industries.
Since 1961, British Outward Bound in the United States has been a key player in wilderness expeditions and other innovative programs, filming in the most beautiful wilderness regions of the U.S., inviting students on campus, seniors in city parks, and office workers, as well as teenagers and adults, to participate in the program recordings. Experiencing the Outward Bound training courses offered by British Outward Bound changes lives, truly bringing outdoor activities into households and into people's lives.
