The Manage Your Thoughts Programme will help you adjust your mindset and learn to let go. The programme incorporates many different techniques and therapies depending on the requirements, such as hypnotherapy, constructive visualization, art therapy, or guided rest. The focus of the programme is to use strategies to challenge your negative beliefs and come up with ways to help you cope positively with the demands of fertility investigations and treatment, and to enhance your fertility potential. Just a single session can be invaluable, or a series of 3-6 sessions might be more appropriate. More specific fertility/relationship counseling is available at the clinic as needed. We also have a highly knowledgeable perinatal psychiatrist, Dr. Ann Joseph, on our team who specializes in the health and well-being of women planning pregnancy, during pregnancy, and the mother-baby bond. Many of the couples we see find it easy to manage the challenges of other aspects of their home, work, and financial life but are often unable to manage their minds when they are filled with negative emotions.
