Jining's Scientific Instrument and Equipment Resource Sharing Receives Praise

Introduction: Recently, the Shandong Provincial Department of Science and Technology and the provincial finance department organized relevant experts to evaluate the performance of the province-wide sharing of large scientific instruments and equipment in 2011. Through this evaluation, Jining’s large-scale scientific instrument and equipment sharing platform will add 20 scientific instruments and equipment worth more than 300,000 yuan, bringing the total number of shared large-scale scientific instruments and equipment to 220.

Recently, the Shandong Provincial Department of Science and Technology and the provincial finance department organized relevant experts to evaluate the performance of the province-wide sharing of large scientific instruments and equipment in 2011. They also reviewed the technical upgrade projects for large scientific instruments and equipment submitted by collaborative member units. Three enterprises — Jining Product Quality Inspection Institute, Shandong Xinfengguang Electronics Technology Development Co., Ltd., and Shandong Provincial Laser Research Institute — were commended and rewarded.

It is understood that in this large-scale scientific instrument and equipment resource sharing performance evaluation activity, a total of 20 advanced units, 40 sets of large precision instruments, and 30 upgrade projects across Shandong Province received commendations and rewards. The Jining Product Quality Inspection Institute was awarded the title of Advanced Unit for Collaborative Sharing of Large Scientific Instruments and Equipment; the high-voltage frequency conversion device test system instruments and equipment of Shandong Fengguang Electronics Technology Development Co., Ltd. were awarded the title of Outstanding Group for Collaborative Sharing of Large Scientific Instruments and Equipment; and the "Grating Manufacturing System Based on Frequency-doubled Argon Ion Laser" of the Laser Research Institute of Shandong Academy of Sciences received a project initiation for the technical upgrade of large scientific instruments and equipment.

Through this scientific instrument and equipment resource sharing performance evaluation and technical upgrade project, the application level and usage efficiency of large-scale scientific instruments and equipment in the city have been improved, accelerating the construction of the collaborative sharing platform for large-scale scientific instruments and equipment in our city.
