According to Japanese media reports, veteran actor Kazuki Yamashiro passed away at 3:06 PM on August in a nursing home in Tokyo due to pneumonia caused by respiratory obstruction. He was 70 years old.

Kazuki Yamashiro was born in Kyoto Prefecture in 1938 and joined Toei Co., Ltd. in 1957. He made his debut in the entertainment industry through the TV series "Wind Novice" and gained fame the following year for his role in the children's drama "White Horse Boy" series. Subsequently, he appeared in several films and television works, including the costume drama "The Battle Without Honor or Humanity" series, and was deeply loved by audiences for his profound acting skills. In recent years, due to health issues, Yamashiro gradually withdrew from the entertainment circle and lived in a nursing home in Tokyo for recuperation.

According to Yamashiro's company, his last wish was for his family to conduct a secret burial after his passing, with everything kept simple. Additionally, there will be no plans for a farewell ceremony or memorial activities in the future.
