In the TV animation "Match to the Galaxy," despite having a different title from the novel, the story still revolves around sixth-grade elementary school student Shō Ōta, who loves playing soccer. Due to insufficient members in his soccer team, "Peach Mountain Ultimate Warriors," the team is forced to disband, leaving him feeling very disheartened. Not long after, he accidentally meets a female soccer prodigy named Misaki, which reignites his desire to reassemble a soccer team.
He then recruits Erica, a transfer student with lightning speed, and the three brothers Ayashiro, his former teammates, to prepare for a challenge against a professional girls' elementary school team. However, due to an unexpected event, the newly formed "Peach Mountain Ultimate Warriors" once again faces the fate of dissolution (sweat). Fortunately, at this time, Shō Ōta encounters a legendary man! This encounter inspires him and his teammates to aim for the "World Championship," striving tirelessly towards their sunset goal.
The series is scheduled to premiere on April 7th. Next up, fans will eagerly await the official announcement of the main character voice actors and the release of the trailer.
