I just found it online and I like it so much that I want to share it with you all.
This theme is designed by WinGNOME.XP, actually there are two schemes, one is the combination of dark gray and green, and the other is the combination of dark gray and orange. It's very simple and clear.
A great winxp theme, simple but not simplistic...
