Fault Phenomenon: After powering on, the indoor unit can start and operate normally, but there is no response from the outdoor unit.
Analysis and Inspection: Upon disassembling the unit for inspection, it was found that the DC280V indicator light was not illuminated, while the AC220V measurement was normal. Touching the PTC revealed that it was heating up, indicating a fault in the circuit after the rectifier circuit. Upon further inspection, the IPM resistance value was found to be normal, but the switching transistor Q02 was found to be damaged due to breakdown.
Repair Method: The fault was resolved by replacing the transistor Q02 with one of the same specification.
