The Beijing AUX air conditioner repair hotline provides analytical data.
Analysis and inspection: For AUX air conditioners, the referenced fault code corresponds to a phase deficiency fault. The user's power supply was checked and found normal at 380V three-phase. The power entering the outdoor control circuit also showed no phase deficiency. Replacing the outdoor control board did not resolve the issue. Upon questioning the user, it was learned that before the entire machine stopped working, the cooling effect had deteriorated. A static pressure measurement of the system indicated 0.07MPa, which is insufficient pressure, suggesting a possible leak in the system. Careful examination of the piping revealed oil traces at the connection between the three-way stop valve and the connecting pipe. When using soapy water for a leak test, bubbles were observed. After tightening the connecting pipe nut and recharging with refrigerant, the machine was restarted, and the fault was resolved.
Tip: The fault code indicating a refrigerant deficiency occurs because the pressure controller is connected in series with the power supply line. Insufficient system pressure triggers the pressure controller to cut off the power supply line, thereby displaying a phase deficiency fault code.
